General Shipping & Return Information
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, Obeo Design will be happy to process a return for you. Please contact customerservice@obeodesign.com to obtain a Return Tracking # and return instructions. Items must be unused and unassembled, in their original condition, and in their original packaging complete with all tags, assembly instructions, and manufacturers inserts. Once you have a return tracking number you may ship the product directly to the manufacturer. In case of doubt or if you misplaced the return address located on the packaging slip, please contact www.customerservice@obeodesign.com
All returns must be post-marked within 7 days of receiving the item. Unless the merchandise is received damaged, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return it to the manufacturer. Our manufacturers will only accept goods in new condition to fully credit you for the return or exchange. Our manufacturers will not accept collect deliveries. Some of our items that are cut to order are considered special orders and will incur an automatic 30% restocking fee. All cancellations and returns will be refunded in the same tender they were issued. Unless specified, All of our products are shipped free of charge using ground freight. For white glove delivery please e-mail customerservice@obeodesign.com and we'll be happy to connect you with a shipping company as soon as we receive your request. You will be charged separately for the white glove service. In special cases where an extra shipping charge is added to the original purchase, Obeo Design will not refund the cost of that shipping charge unless the item was shipped wrong or damaged. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs as detailed above.
Please be aware that furniture is highly susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely. Please make sure you provide enough packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during its original trip to your place. Please do a thorough inspection of all packages for damage before signing for the package. If a damage is visible, refuse the shipment, ask the driver to note the damage on the form and contact customerservice@obeodesign.com as soon as possible. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible. If the item(s) sent was incorrect, or defective, please contact customer service by phone or email. Please do not send back these items prior to contacting customerservice@obeodesign.com
