Obeo Design located at “www.obeodesign.com.”
By accessing, browsing, viewing or visiting any page at this site, you agree to this Terms of Service and any amendments
to the Terms that Obeo Design may publish at any time. If you do not abide by the Terms of Service, please do not use
the Site or download content from it.
Intellectual Rights
This Site with all pictures, graphics, text, drawings, software, sound, videos or other material available through it is the
property of Obeo Design. Obeo Design grants you the right to view the site for your personal –non-commercial-use only,
provided all materials pertaining to the Site remain untouched. At no time, you may change, reproduce, distribute, rent,
lease, loan, sell, assign, license, sublicense, create derivative works based on the Site or any Content available through
the Site.
Checkout Process
You agree to provide only true, accurate, current and complete information during the checkout process, and agree to
update that information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
Obeo Design shall have the right to bar your access to the Site if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have
provided untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete information.
Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that: “you are over the age of 18 and can form a legally binding contract under applicable
law.” That you have provided and will continue to provide only true, accurate, current and complete information about
yourself when filling out the Obeo Design checkout form”. You represent and warrant that the billing address you provide
ObeoDesign on the checkout form is the same as the one your credit card bank has, including the code as it appears on
your card.
User Responsibility
You agree and understand that all contents placed in any forms you fill on this Site are the sole responsibility of the User
from whom that content originated. You agree and abide by the rules governing the terms of use that you will not transmit
via this site any harmful, unlawful, defamatory, derogatory, abusive, obscene, malicious that will cause any invasion of
privacy, harm any minors, infringe on any copyright or intellectual rights or transmit any viruses or any harmful files.

Terms of payment
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Once ObeoDesign accepts the order, it will be
considered binding. We reserve the right to verify any information you provide before we accept an order, and may
cancel or limit an order any time after it has been placed.
Obeo Design utilizes the latest technology for shopping and ecommerce security. This site has security measures in place
to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All of your personal information including
your credit card information and sign-in password are stored in encrypted format at all times.
Returns
Merchandise purchased on the Site may be returned within 7 days of purchase with original receipt and all merchandise
tags attached. All returned merchandise must be in “its original boxes, unused, as-new” condition. Refunds are issued in
the same tender as the original purchase. ObeoDesign will not reimburse for shipping and handling charges.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE ISSUING MANUFACTURER. PLEASE VISIT OUR SHIPPING AND RETURN

Shipping Services
While Obeo Design will strive to ship your order as soon as it receives it, it cannot guarantee that items will be in stock at
the time of your order. We reserve the right to remove any item from the site at any time without any advance notice.
ObeoDesign cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Unless otherwise noted, Obeo Design will insure free shipping within the continental US only. Obeo Design will make
its best efforts to ship merchandise within one week of the receipt of a properly completed order. However, any delivery
or shipment date provided by Obeo Design to you is Obeo Design good faith estimate. You understand that product
availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery. Obeo Design shall not be
liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
Pricing and Sales pricing
Prices are subject to change. If a discrepancy arises between the price quoted on the Site and on the check-out page, the
latter will prevail.
Obeo Design will try its utmost to avoid any errors on the website. In case a typographical error happens, Obeo Design
reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed for the incorrect amount whether or not an order
confirmation has been sent and/or payment has been received.
Obeo Design shall refund all monies paid for any item that will not be shipped due to cancellation or limitation of an order
in the same tender as the original purchase.
According to Massachusetts Law, Obeo Design shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders
to be delivered to addresses within Massachusetts. You are solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders
shipped to any other state.

submissions to Obeo Design shall be and remain Obeo Design’s property, which shall own exclusively all rights, titles and

submission. Obeo Design may use information about your demographics and use of this site in any manner that does not
